How we use it

To answer your questions, help you buy, sell, transfer or pawn, keep the records the law requires, protect against fraud and improve this website. We don't sell your personal information.

Records we keep in the store

Federal law requires us to keep the Form 4473 and background-check records for every firearm we transfer, and Texas law requires us to record pawn loans and the items we buy, including your name, address and ID. We collect this in the store, not through this website, and share it with law enforcement only as the law requires.

Text messages

If you text us, we use your number only to reply and to talk with you about your request. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with anyone for their marketing. Message and data rates may apply, and you can ask us to stop texting you at any time.

Cookies, analytics and maps

This site may use cookies and similar tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site. These tools report things like pages viewed and general location, not your name. The maps on this site are provided by Google, which may set its own cookies.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run this website and our business (such as our web host and the service that delivers form messages to us), government agencies and law enforcement where the law requires it, and anyone else when required by law or to protect our rights and our customers.
